- Supervise site construction works to ensure they follow the approved design, specifications,and safety standards.
- Inspect and approve works at key stages, such as foundations, rebar, formwork,and concreting.
- Install and monitor site instruments, and collect and review the monitoring data.
- Apply the relevant statutory codes and supervision requirements to enforce quality control.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and site records on time.
- Raise and follow up on site issues early to avoid delays.
- Work with the project team, consultants,and main contractor.
- Work shifts if needed to support project operations.
- Accredited as an RTO by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
- Valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate.
- Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience, with experience in RC works preferred.
- Able to read and understand structural drawings.
