- Monthly Client payment application and agreement.
- Variation works preparation and submission and agreement.
- Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintaincontractual registers, including notices, claims, correspondence, and othercontract-related records.

- Assist in tendering activities including tender cost comparison for subcontract procurement.
- Assist in subcontract preparation
- Subcontract administration (with production team)
- Insurances/Bonds compliance
- Contractual correspondences
- Progress claim and payments
- Participate in subcontract meetings
- Review, assess, and verify subcontract variationsclaims against main contract entitlement.
- Liaise with cost control team to monitor project costs.
- Recognised Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with good understanding of construction process
- 8 years of relevant working experience as aQuantity Surveyor, preferably in a construction industry in Singapore for buildings
- Familiar with Public Sector and/ or Private Sectorsprojects (Preferred) and various types of Contract Conditions
- A clear and analytical approach to problem solving and decision making
- Ability to take off quantities and evaluatevariations
- Familiarity with professional practice and contract administration processes
- Resourceful and able to work independently and as agood team player as well.
- Additional scope assigned by Supervisors
