- Coordinate and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure site works are carried out according to approved drawings, project schedules and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and installation schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed within stipulated timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise project delays.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
- Min Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.
- Min 1-2 years relevant experience
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Sat (9am-1pm)
Location:
On site
Salary: up to $4000
Able to start work immediate or on short notice
