Project Engineer​/Senior Project Engineer

Responsible for managing A&A works, building improvement and facilities projects, covering the full project lifecycle from planning and design through tender, construction, commissioning and handover.

• Lead A&A works and building projects, including scope, budget, schedule and execution planning
• Coordinate with consultants, QP/PEs, contractors, vendors and stakeholders
• Prepare tender specifications, evaluate proposals and support contract award
• Manage project cost, schedule, quality, safety, risks, variations and claims
• Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans for delays or issues
• Review drawings, material submissions, method statements and construction proposals
• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, MOM and other applicable statutory requirements
• Coordinate statutory submissions, inspections and approvals
• Oversee testing, commissioning, defects and handover
• Maintain project records and support CAPEX and audit actions

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Structural, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry
• Relevant experience in A&A, construction or facilities project management in Singapore
• Strong project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and contractor management skills
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel and other project management tools
• Good knowledge of Singapore building regulations and statutory requirements
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
