Quantity Surveyor
Roles and Responsibilities
- Enroll tender process
- Prepare tender documents
- Prepare profit and loss & final account for project.
- Negotiate and award subcontractors
- Attend project meetings ,tender interviews and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
- Evaluate and certify subcontract claim and contractual payment
- Analysis and preparation of cost plan & estimate for tender and job order
- Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist in preparing built-up tender pricing during tender stage
- Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules
- Coordinate instructions &monitor with sales team, production, and clients for job order & design specification, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, handover completed project with project documents, etc…
- Assist in preparation of project budget for management’s approval upon project award
- Ensure workplace is well-maintained, tidy & safe.
- Plan & implement effective, efficient production and safe practices.
- Attend site meetings
- Collaborate with team to propose design and materials based on budget and client requirement to obtain material dimension, design & specification from site .
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm.
- Minimum (NINE) 9 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying Works in building construction firm.
- Knowledge of structural will be beneficial.
- Familiar with Structural drawings to prepare for tender and job order.
- Highly motivated Responsible& team player with good interpersonal skill.
