Senior Resident Engineer; C&S

Lead and manage supervision teams to monitor and inspect major civil and structural engineering construction works, resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards.

• Lead supervision teams to monitor, supervise, and inspect construction works as directed by Client, QP(S), QP(Geo), and project consultants, ensuring compliance with all relevant Acts and Regulations
• Plan and coordinate shift rosters for supervision personnel aligned with contractor work schedules while ensuring personnel welfare
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to resolve design and technical issues related to Temporary Works and Permanent Works construction
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards
• Inspect works, materials, and workmanship to verify adherence to approved drawings and technical requirements
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve site issues promptly and effectively
• Track project milestones, verify contractor progress claims, and report delays or deviations to stakeholders
• Enforce workplace safety and environmental regulations to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate site records, issue instructions, prepare supervision reports, and support contract administration processes

• Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Accreditation under the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES/ACES for Resident Engineers
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a civil and structural engineer, including at least 6 years supervising major building or infrastructure works
• Proven ability to lead site teams, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Experience in deep excavation, foundation systems, ground improvement, viaduct, or railway projects
