Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect sites and help plan mechanical layouts and service routings.
- Prepare and submit authority permits, shop drawings, and inspection logs.
- Help arrange required site tools, machinery, materials, and manpower.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on daily site matters.
- Monitor site progress to ensure works follow project schedules and standards.
- Ensure all site activities strictly follow WSH safety and environmental rules.
- Maintain daily site logs, material submission records, and as-built drawing updates.
- Coordinate site walkthroughs, testing & commissioning, and defect rectifications.
- Assist Project Leads in coordinating manpower, sub-trades, and daily site tasks.
- Perform other supporting tasks as assigned by the Project Leads.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in M&E or mechanical construction preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates with relevant diploma/degree credentials.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems (ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, or Piping systems) and the ability to read M&E/Architectural drawings.
- Proactive mindset with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-directed on-site, with a strong spirit of teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint); basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
