Senior Content Strategist

Working arrangement: hybrid

Salary range: SGD 5,000 - 7,000

Tech in Asia Studios is looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Content Strategist to lead the content direction for our flagship international events. From the Tech in Asia Conference (with over 5,000 attendees) to smaller, high-level gatherings around Southeast Asia, you’ll shape session themes, identify thought leaders, and deliver standout event content that connects with our audience.

• Develop and drive a strong content strategy; from session topics and formats to overarching event narratives
• Stay plugged into startup, VC, and tech trends to uncover fresh stories and speaker opportunities
• Source, recruit, and manage high-profile speakers and subject-matter experts
• Experiment with session formats and ideas that make our events more engaging and memorable
• Lead and mentor a small but mighty content team
• Track key content metrics (attendance, feedback, reach, content reuse) to measure success and refine our approach
• Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure content aligns with our brand, promotion, and event delivery

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy, event programming, or related roles, ideally within tech, startups, or VC
• Proven experience in speaker management, from outreach and relationship-building to on-stage briefing
• Confident communicator who can connect with senior leaders and industry figures
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
