• Industry: Apparel Manufacturer

• Research trends, colours, fabrics, trims, and market insights to create seasonal apparel collections.

• Conceptualise and develop designs from idea to final styling, including sketches, 3D design, mock-ups, and technical packs.

• Prepare mood boards, style concepts, construction details, and product information.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure feasibility and accuracy from development to final bulk.

• Review prototypes/samples, conduct fittings, provide feedback, and ensure products meet fit, quality, and design expectations.

• Assist in sampling, measurements, testing, and pre-presentation final checks.

• Present design concepts clearly and professionally to internal teams.

• Support the setup and preparation for design presentations (Spectrum, Concept, etc.).

• Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design execution.

• Adapt to evolving project requirements and take on additional tasks when needed.

• Work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced, and sometimes noisy environment.

• Participate in off‑site design trips, inspiration sessions, and activities related to sportswear research.

• Travel domestically and internationally when required.

• Degree or Diploma in Fashion or Sportswear Design is required.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  ; knowledge of 3D design tools (Clo/Browzwear) is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel for work or design research trips.
