About the Team
The Employer Branding team is a cross-disciplinary group of strategists, designers, and producers shaping how Byte Dance is experienced by talent globally. Working at the intersection of strategy, content, and recruitment marketing, the team defines employer branding directions aligned with hiring priorities, partners with HR and recruitment on targeted campaigns, and collaborates with business units to tailor approaches for different roles, markets, and talent segments.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Brand Designer to develop employer branding content across the team. This role owns end-to-end design, from concept through execution and iteration, ensuring all outputs align with employer branding strategy and hiring priorities.

• 1. Lead visual design for employer branding initiatives, translating company culture into engaging external-facing content.
• 2. Design across key touchpoints including social media, employer branding platforms, and offline events.
• 3. Develop cohesive creative assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels and formats.
• 4. Contribute to the design and continuous iteration of employer branding digital experiences, applying UX thinking to improve candidate journey, clarity, and content effectiveness.
• 5. Own projects end-to-end from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2. 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, with exposure to external-facing content such as social media, campaigns, or brand communications.
• 3. Strong visual sensibility with an understanding of design trends, layouts, and content storytelling for digital platforms.
• 4. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
• 5. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or video editing skills are a plus
• 2. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and experience designing for digital interfaces is a strong plus, with an understanding of user-centric content design.
• 3. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
