Job Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality presentations across various formats, including conceptual and layout designs, data visualizations, graphs, charts, infographics, illustrations, icons, photo editing and video editing.
- Transform existing slides and presentations into polished, visually engaging and professional materials.
- Support the production of pitch books and marketing collateral using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Work closely with Project Coordinators and Creative Directors to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that meet client requirements.
- Engage with senior-level clients to understand briefs, concepts and objectives, and translate them into effective visual presentations.
- Adapt designs and presentation styles according to different client requirements, purposes and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, style guidelines and client briefs, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively contribute creative ideas, design solutions and emerging visual trends aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate closely with presentation and design teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent quality of deliverables.
- Engage clients to obtain detailed specifications and work briefs, accurately document requirements and communicate them to global design teams where required.
- Maintain clear records of client instructions and provide comprehensive briefs to designers to ensure expectations are understood and delivered accurately.
- Escalate client or operational issues promptly and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
- Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Minimum Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
