Monday to Friday - Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary:
Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus - Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Company Trip

Our client is an established logistics company seeking an Indoor Sales Support / Customer Service Executive to support bookings, rates and customer coordination.
Responsibilities:- File freight rates with carriers.
- Support the sales team with daily coordination.
- Arrange carrier bookings and release booking confirmations.
- Liaise with customers on shipment issues and solutions.
- Conduct telemarketing to develop new accounts.
- Visit customers when required.
- 2 years of relevant logistics, sales support or customer service experience.
- Candidates without relevant experience may also be considered.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, proactive and willing to learn.
