- 1.Support the operations of our cross-border remittance business in Asian markets, including transaction and order follow-up.
- 2.Act as a point of contact for users in the region, responding to enquiries and operational requests in a timely manner.
- 3.Manage company WeChat channels and customer communities, handle user enquiries and feedback, and follow up on issues through to resolution.
- 4.Collect customer feedback and market insights, and work with the Product team to identify product and process improvements.
- 5.Coordinate with Customer Support, Compliance, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer and transaction-related issues.
- 6.Support process improvements and other market and business operations activities as required.
- 1.Diploma or above; qualifications in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields are preferred.
- 2.1+ years of experience in customer service, market operations, payments, financial services or related industries is preferred.
- 3.Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer enquiries patiently and professionally.
- 4.Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented, with good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- 5.Comfortable with basic data handling skills.
- 6.Good interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
- 7.Strong bilingual written and spoken language proficiency to support users across Asian markets.
