National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP) offers basic primary dental care as well as intermediate-level dental services. This includes a broad range of Operative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics and Minor Oral Surgery. We seek committed, motivated and competent Dental Surgeons with a heart/passion for public service to join our team. They will lead our respective clinics in providing dental care to their respective communities. Dental Surgeons are responsible for the quality of care in the management of patients with dental conditions. As part of the quality management,Dental Surgeons provide clinical mentorship and organize dental care at the  addition to clinical care, they are required to carry out clinical audits and hold administrative/leadership duties as assigned.

• Passion in clinical quality, process improvement, mentoring junior clinician and leadership role.

• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Able to commit 5.5 days’ workweek (Monday – Saturday)

• Basic Dental Degree from Singapore (i.e. BDS) or dental degree recognised by Singapore Dental Council
• Conditional / Full Registration with Singapore Dental Council
• At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant experience preferred
