• Tender Documentation & Detailed Drawings

  Prepare detailed tender documentation and drawings that meet design specifications and project requirements.
• Compliance with Regulations

  Ensure the design and execution of the project adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Client Meetings & Progress Reporting
  :
  Attend meetings with clients to discuss design progress, address concerns, and provide regular updates on milestones.
• Vendor Negotiations
  :
  Actively engage with vendors, using persuasive and influential communication to secure the best value for the project.

Skills & Experience

Required skill(s):
AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must

At least 2 year of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
