Working Hours:
5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
Salary Package:
Basic salary up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration:
Permanent Role
- Prepare shop drawings, tender drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and related technical documents
- Coordinate and manage design works for assigned projects to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams on design and technical matters
- Develop façade design concepts, technical details, and practical engineering solutions for projects
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical submissions based on project requirements
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to ensure compliance and buildability
- Coordinate closely with architects, project engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure façade systems and designs meet project standards, authority requirements, and performance specifications
- Support project execution from design development through fabrication and construction stages
- Attend project meetings, coordination sessions, and site inspections when required
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in façade design, curtain wall systems, or related construction design work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good understanding of construction processes and project coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
