As an Academic and Student Affairs Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting student learning journeys by managing all aspects of student services within the institution. You will coordinate across teams to ensure smooth administrative processes and effective communication among students, educators, and consultants, contributing directly to student satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent student support by resolving learning-related issues and coordinating between product teams and academic departments.
  • Manage new student onboarding, maintain accurate student records, and facilitate communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor student progress and provide tailored learning advice to encourage course renewal and referrals.
  • Organize and oversee student learning schedules, including course arrangements and adjustments, ensuring accountability for course consumption.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to student learning processes such as process facilitation, coordination, and complaint resolution.
  • Participate in departmental training and assessments, providing timely feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or higher;
  • Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in academic operations or student management within an educational institution.
  • Strong communication skills with clear, logical expression and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages, with ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
