About Axiom Education
Axiom Education is a tuition centre in Holland Village specialising in Singapore's most demanding academic tracks: IB, A Level, IP and O Level. We believe the best learning happens in a focused, supportive classroom where academic rigour meets genuine care for every student.
We don't just teach; we mentor. We don't just give notes; we give clarity. If you thrived in the IB or A Level and want to grow into an exceptional educator alongside a team that shares that goal, Axiom is your platform.
Why Choose Axiom- Grow as a tutor: You'll be mentored by experienced tutors who help you sharpen your teaching, from lesson structure to exam strategy
- Training to teach IB: Came through A Level? We'll train you in the IB syllabus and exam demands so you can teach it with confidence
- Work as a department: Tutors in each subject plan, share ideas and solve problems together, so you never teach alone
- Shared resource bank: Start with a library of notes, worksheets and model answers, and help build it further
- Build your profile: Our marketing puts you in front of students and parents, helping you build a reputation and fill your classes
- Teach IB group classes in your subject, breaking complex concepts into clear, logical steps
- Prepare students for their IB exams with structured practice, exam technique and targeted feedback
- Contribute notes, worksheets and model answers to your department's resource bank
- Mentor students through the pressure of the IB Diploma years
- Go the extra mile: follow up with students who are struggling and keep parents in the loop
- Take an active part in our marketing, creating social media content such as study tips, subject explainers and exam walkthroughs
We are hiring in three departments. Apply for the one you're strongest in.
- Chemistry: IB HL/SL
- Physics: IB HL/SL
- Mathematics: IB AA HL/SL
- Economics: IB HL/SL
- Fixed base salary plus revenue share: as your classes grow, your pay reflects your impact
- Fixed weekly schedule of 5 or 6 days a week
- Based at our Holland Village centre
- Fresh graduates welcome, with at least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience
- Strong IB or A Level results in your subject. IB graduates are preferred, and A Level graduates will be trained to teach IB
- You genuinely want to help students and care about how they do
- A team player who enjoys sharing ideas and building resources together
- Confident and comfortable on camera, and keen to be part of our social media content
- Proactive and energetic, yet humble enough to welcome feedback
- A clear, organised communicator who makes tough topics feel manageable
