Achievers Dream is a Chemistry Specialist Tuition Centre in Singapore with an NEA-approved chemistry lab. We focus on clear teaching and structured learning to help students understand Science and Chemistry through real experiments and guided lessons.
Job SummaryJoin Achievers Dream as a Science or Chemistry teacher to deliver structured lessons and hands-on experiments, guiding students through concepts and exam preparation while supporting their academic growth.
Responsibilities- Teach Primary Science and Secondary Chemistry (GCE N, O, and A Levels) using a structured teaching methodology to ensure clear understanding of concepts
- Guide students through problem-solving strategies and exam preparation to improve academic outcomes
- Conduct demonstrations in the NEA-approved chemistry laboratory to enhance students’ practical learning experience
- Support students in building confidence by providing targeted academic guidance and encouragement
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve teaching skills and collaborate with fellow educators for best practices
- Commit professionally to a full-time teaching role during the contract period, maintaining high standards of student engagement and lesson delivery
- Hold a Chemistry degree or diploma from a recognized institution or be NIE-trained
- Achieved minimum academic results: O-Level Chemistry: A1 or A2, or A-Level Chemistry: B
- Teaching experience (helpful but not required as structured training will be provided)

- Completion bonus of up to $10,000 for educators who complete a 3-year contract with strong performance
