Engineer - Technology Development

* * To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements/
** Your Role
*** To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements
* To work with different teams (process module, device, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes
* To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase.
* To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
* Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
* To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
* Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration will be an advantage.
* Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply.
* 1-2 years of Semiconductor manufacturing / development related experiences will be an advantage.
* Process Flow/Runsheet Integration
* ET & Data Analysis and issue debugging
* Understanding SPC and FA techniques
* Strong Problem Solving Skills
* Strong yield analysis and correlation skills.
* Experiences in process integration will be an advantage.
* Experience in device development or new technology introduction and certification will be an advantage.
