Responsibility:
* Proactively promote safety priorities and standards
* Maintain vigilance and bring up workplace safety concerns
* Proactively supervise the performance of equipment and address any issues in a timely manner
* Direct shift equipment team in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
* Demonstrate a solid grasp of all Fab Support duties and able to assist in developing the technical skills of your team. Focus on Pumps, Chiller and Abatement systems.
* Perform administrative and supervisory duties for shift techs: attendance, staffing, and reviews
* Serve as the main point of contact between the FAB personnel and the Fab Support group regarding Production issues
* Accept responsibility for all equipment, process, and personnel issues during shift
* Ensure coverage as needed to maintain shift needs
* Coordinate shift contribution to TPM activities
* Foster an environment for other Fab
10 employees to resolve problems, give feedback and express concern
* Assist with equipment installs, tests and commissioning## Requirements:
* A relevant Diploma in any Engineering courses OR equivalent working experience
* Strong mechanical competence with the ability to understand and repair mechanical systems
* Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability
* Ability to use schematic diagrams to solve systems to components level
* Intermediate PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Suite
* Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks
* Time management, organization, and prioritization skills
* Follows procedures and work with minimal supervision
* Able to perform 12-hour work shift
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
