Who we are looking forAsHydroleapis growing and offering solutions to more clients within the existing verticals as well as the new verticals, we are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and high-energy Automation Engineer who willbe in charge ofPLC programming, designing control panels, and implementing industrial and commercial electrical systems.
The Automation Engineer is responsible forthe complete design of the electrical and control functions of new and retrofitted small to medium-sized control panels. In this role, you will be working closely with the rest of the engineering team in terms of process, and hardware design to translate control philosophies into a physical control panelcontainingPLCs and other electrical components. This role involves your presence in the office,factory as wellassite.
What you will be doing- Translation of process control philosophies into PLC/SCADA programs using one or more of the programming languages (i.e.ladder logic, function block, Sequential Function, Structured Text) and integrating different hardware components (i.e.pumps, sensors, valves,etc).
- Planning, organizing, troubleshooting issues, and managing project and electrical activities in close coordination with engineers, supervisors, and manufacturers.
- Installation, testing, FAT, SAT, and commissioning of control panels and distribution systems on sites.
- Preparation of risk assessment, and HSE for each project.
- 5 years of experience in PLC and HMI programming projects
- Experience in remote monitoring and data logging.
- Experience in CAD or other 3
