Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Generate test reports and provide technical recommendations based on test results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.
- Conduct experiments and assist in process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, and observations.
- Participate in equipment calibration and maintenance activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Chemistry/Applied Science Engineering or related field.
- Experience with laboratory equipment from a semiconductor or manufacturing company.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor materials, devices, and testing methods.
