JOB TITLE : FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Mon to Fri, 8.30 – 5.30pmWorking location:

Commission and set up Autonomous Mobile Robots at new customer locations or job sites, ensuring high-quality performance and stable daily operation.
Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.
Train customers on how to use and maintain our robots and certify them for proper operation.
Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns. Collect feedback to help improve the product and share insights with the R&D team.
Assist with any additional duties assigned by the manager.
Candidates with Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent educational background are welcome to apply.
Experience in semiconductor equipment, cleanroom, or manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined and strong team player with high integrity.
Basic knowledge of PLC programming will be an added advantage.
Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to travel overseas to customer sites when required.
