Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Produce M&E systems design drawings,shop drawings and as-built drawings related to building works.
- Monitor site installation progress and update changes on site.
- Prepare and compile as-built drawings for submission
- Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects.
- Assist in BIM Coordination offsite & on site implementation.
- Explore 3D BIM authoring tools to leverage the capability to enhance construction productivity.
- Producing Documents & Drawing for Approval & Construction .
- Ensure on-time completion of required drawings
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma/NTC 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering,Building Services or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in M&E building design work
- Well-versed in operating AutoCAD
- Possess M&E design knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Knowledge & familiarity with Revit MEP will be an advantage.
- Industry experience on a construction project will be an advantage.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in BIM Authoring tools and BIM reviewing tools and software is a plus
