- Design,analyze, and review structural steel systems in accordance with project specifications and relevant codes and standards.
- Prepare structural calculations, connection designs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications to ensure technical accuracy.
- Provide technical support during fabrication, erection, and site installation activities.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Resolve engineering and construction issues promptly while maintaining project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structural steel engineering , steel fabrication, or steel construction projects.
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as STAAD Pro, SAP
2000, ETABS,Tekla Structures, AutoCAD , or equivalent. - Strong understanding of structural steel design codes (Eurocode, BS, AISC, or relevant standards)
- Experience coordinating with fabrication workshops and site construction teams will be an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
