* STAR SIMTech to develop next-generation sustainable manufacturing technologies through advanced polymer processing, recycling and materials engineering. You will work on research projects focused on circular plastics, advanced manufacturing and engineering materials, contributing to real-world industrial innovation.
- Support polymer processing and materials development.
- Assist in designing and conducting laboratory experiments.
- Prepare polymer materials and test specimens.
- Perform mechanical, thermal and microscopic characterization.
- Evaluate material performance and processing behaviour.
- Support analysis of experimental results.
- Analyse and visualize experimental data.
- Review technical literature and benchmark technologies.
- Present findings through reports and presentations.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:
- Materials Science & Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Or related disciplines
- Interest in advanced manufacturing and sustainable materials
- Basic laboratory or engineering experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with polymer processing or characterization
- Programming (Python, MATLAB or similar)
- Data analysis or visualization experience
- Hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing and circular materials technologies
- Exposure to industrial R&D and advanced research equipment.
- Training in materials characterization and engineering data analysis
- Opportunity to work with multidisciplinary researchers on cutting-edge manufacturing technologies
- Valuable experience for careers in advanced manufacturing and sustainable technology
