Process Engineer; SPC); JR

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor SPC charts, control limits and process trends for wet module operations.
• Identify abnormal patterns, shifts, trends and out-of-control conditions.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for SPC excursions.
• Follow up on actions to ensure issues are contained and prevented from recurring.
• Support updates to critical control parameters, sampling plans, control plans andCp/Cpkmonitoring.
• Maintain accurate SPC records, action logs and documentation.
• Support quality meetings, process stability reviews, audits and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in wet process, wet clean, wet etch or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SPC principles, process variation, process stability andCp/Cpk.
• Familiarity with FMEA, RCA, 8D, CAPA and change management.
• Good analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
