- Manage electrical subcontracting projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety and timely completion.
- Monitor manpower deployment, materials, project costs and resources.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical requirements, and resolve site issues.
- Identify and manage project risks, delays and site constraints.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
- Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, relevant Singapore electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Lead and guide site teams, supervisors and workers to achieve project targets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in electrical construction or subcontracting.
- Experience in managing electrical installation works and coordinating with main contractors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
- Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control and manpower planning.
- Strong communication, coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to manage site teams, supervisors and workers effectively.
- Good knowledge of Singapore electrical standards and safety requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. - Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities.
