We deliver New Build Projects,A&A Retrofitting, and Service & Maintenance, with a project portfoliospanning airport, government, hospitality, commercial, industrial and residential developments.
We are BCA-registeredunder ME01 Air-Con, Refrigeration & Ventilation (L6), ME05 Electrical Engineering (L5) and ME15 Integrated Building Services (L6). We are also certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE STAR.
Job Responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing ACMV installation works for New Build, A&A and maintenance projects
- Supervise site works, subcontractors and workers to ensure work quality, schedule and safety compliance
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and clients on site matters, shop drawings and material submissions
- Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports
- Assist in testing and commissioning, and prepare handover documentation
- Support the preparation of progress claims and variation orders
- Ensure compliance with WSH requirements and the company's ISO management systems
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in ACMV installation projects is an advantage
- Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate is an advantage
- Able to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to support site activities outside office hours from time to time, in line with project schedules
- 5-day work week,Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- 14 days annual leave,increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of 18 days
- Annual Wage Supplement(AWS) of 1 month, pro-rated
- Outpatient medicalclaims of up to $50 per MC (upon confirmation)
- Annual health screeningof up to $250 (upon confirmation and completion of 1 year of service)
