JOB DESCRIPTION
- Liaise and work with sub-contractors on shop drawings, site inspection and testing & commissioning matters
- Supervise installation of M&E works carried out by sub-contractors in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations
- Render all M&E engineering support to the Project Manager for the successful execution of the project
- Coordinate and liaise with Structural and Architectural team, client, Consultants, RE & RTO and relevant authorities to resolve site discrepancies or technicality issues
- Ensure good M&E drawing management and the control of M&E technical documentation on site
- Ensure timely production and submission of drafts/final M&E shop drawings and method statements
- Ensure on-site M&E activities are well planned and coordinated accordingly to project schedule
- Ensure high worksite safety and quality work standards are in practice at all times
