HANMI Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Woodlands North region. This full-time role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality technical support, installation, and maintenance services for our clients’ advanced engineering systems and semiconductor equipment.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of customer support—ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and building strong client relationships through responsive and professional service.
What you’ll be doingPerform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of a wide range of engineering equipment and systems
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely and efficient manner
Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment
Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
Maintain detailed records of all service activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician in the engineering industry
Proven track record of successfully diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and/or written) is an advantage to facilitate communication and coordination with colleagues in Taiwan.
