The Corporate Finance team plays a pivotal role in enhancing Income’s capital structure, funding strategy, and shareholder value. Acting as trusted advisers to senior management, we lead initiatives that drive long‑term value creation, optimize financial resources, and support strategic decision‑making. Our work spans capital markets, M&A, strategic investments, and corporate development, with a strong focus on balancing risk and profitability.
About the RoleAs a Manager or Senior Manager in Corporate Finance, you will be a specialist individual contributor. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to evaluate and execute strategic corporate finance initiatives. This position offers opportunities to influence key decisions through rigorous financial analysis and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Analysis & Business Case Development- Lead the development of robust business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, and market entry projects.
- Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and ROI assessments to support executive decision‑making.
- Evaluate capital allocation strategies and assess financial implications of strategic options.
- Support the design and execution of dividend policy reviews, capital returns, and equity optimization strategies, aligning financial strategies with senior management.
- Manage due diligence processes, coordinate with external advisors, and prepare internal approval documentation.
- Draft and review transaction documents, financial models, and board‑level presentations.
- Partner with business units, finance, legal, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and execution of corporate finance initiatives.
- Lead work streams and project groups, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related numerical discipline; CFA designation or candidacy is highly regarded.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or in‑house strategy/finance roles.
- Proven track record in business case development, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
- Experience in sectors such as life/non‑life insurance, Insure Tech, or healthcare is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
