We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an IFRS
17 Senior Actuary.

• Reporting to the Head of Corporate Actuarial. Responsible for managing the team members working on the IFRS
  17 production in coordination with the other team lead, with a primary focus on ensuring high quality production and explanation of the results.
• Support the Head of Corporate Actuarial in working closely with the Finance team to ensure timely production of analytical review of the monthly and quarterly production.
• Liaise with the other actuarial teams (including Appointed Actuary, Pricing) on topics such as assumption settings, new products inclusion in IFRS
  17 framework.
• Provide support ad‑hoc to the Chief Actuary on other corporate actuarial topics.
• Works closely with the regional office, external actuarial consultants, internal & external auditors and regulators, ensuring adherence to the HSBC guidelines and statutory regulations.

• Qualified Actuary from a recognized Actuarial examination body.
• Extensive actuarial background with strong experience in IFRS
  17 reporting.
• In depth experience with reporting processes and the reporting control environment.
• Experience in Singapore regulatory regime is an advantage.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
