About The Team:
The Global Payment team of Byte Dance provides payment solutions—including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and more—to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on Byte Dance platforms including Tik Tok.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Fintech lending companies, with strong exposure to SEA or LATAM markets.
• Know funding cost from external parties well in various consumer lending business scenarios, especially ABS, channeling loans, etc. in SEA, LATAM.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications:

• Fast learner and able to think systematically under pressure.
