• Good understanding of various card product features, functionality and unit economics (e.g. debit / credit).
• Manage alignment across stakeholders and execution of business plan to drive cards business growth.
• Work with business analytic team to understand levers in cards P&L and using data-driven approach to propose business initiatives.
• Drive cards acquisition, activation and card spend end to end, including working with ecosystem or external partners, as well as internal stakeholders to launch campaigns/ promotions.
• Collaborate closely with operation and customer servicing teams to manage card related customer issues (including campaign and product related enquiries).
• Understand and keep abreast of the cards competitive landscape, having a clear view of the positioning of our products against competitors.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Banks or card payment companies.
• Self-driven with good business acumen and data analytic skills.
• Highly passionate with good interpersonal skill.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and excel knowledge.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment while dealing with ambiguity.
• Strong knowledge and know-how of cards business.
