• responsible to monitor and manage clients' loan and fixed deposit maturity date, as well as foreign exchange transactions.
• initiating loan utilization request, reviewing loan documents to ensure compliance with credit and agreement conditions, & cooperating with treasury team, loan operation team as well as other stakeholders.
• promote cross selling bank's product via tele-marketing calls such as time deposit and foreign exchange, and actively involved in department's marketing campaign together with relationship manager.

• be able to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and transactions.
• be able to work in a fast paced environment, understand customer's requirements in a short period of time and present solutions that meet their needs.
• keen attention to details for ensuring accuracy and compliance in processing transactions.
• good communication and people skills required for interacting well with clients and colleagues.
• has working experience with loan funding systems/ loan officer work will be advantageous.
