Senior Associate – Operational Tax Practice (Singapore)

We are hiring experienced professionals for our Operational Tax Practice in Singapore. This practice covers FATCA, CRS, CARF and QI regimes. The role involves leading and executing complex implementation and remediation projects and advising on regulatory matters for financial institutions, crypto‑asset service providers, and other stakeholders.

• Assist with advisory assignments, including entity and product classification, health‑check and controversy management.
• Support clients with end‑to‑end FATCA, CRS and CARF compliance.
• Identify regulatory changes and assist clients in assessing their impact.
• Engage with regulators to provide timely feedback that shapes new regulations.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership publications and marketing campaigns to amplify the A&M brand in the Operational Tax space.

• Minimum 1 year of tax/audit experience in the financial services space.
• Strong analytical ability and practical application of tax principles.
• Excellent writing skills, capable of preparing clear, concise, well‑structured client deliverables.
• Proactive and curious mindset with an interest in financial services, crypto‑asset services and tax transparency.
• Experience in tax advisory/compliance or audit in the financial services sector is helpful.
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple work streams, coordinating stakeholders and meeting client timelines.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, able to work in a fast‑paced growing practice.
