Aboutthe RoleWearelookingforan Investment Associate to support the evaluation, execution and ongoing management of investments across our global portfolio.
Based in Singapore, you will work closely with the Group CFO and senior management across the full investment lifecycle - from screening and due diligence through transaction execution and portfolio monitoring.
This is a hands-on role in a lean team, offering significant ownership and direct exposure to investment decision-makers.
Investment Analysis&Execution-70%
- Evaluateinvestmentopportunities,includingfinancialanalysis,valuationandfinancialmodeling.
- Conductandcoordinatecommercialandfinancialduediligence.
- Prepareinvestmentrecommendationsforseniormanagement.
- Supportdealstructuring,negotiationandtransactionexecution.
- Coordinatelegal,taxandotheradvisersthroughsigningandclosing.
Portfolio Management-20%
- Monitorportfoliocompanyfinancialandoperationalperformance.
- Trackinvestmentexposure,ownership,valuationsandfollow-onfunding.
- Prepareregularportfolioupdatesforseniormanagement.
Origination&Screening-10%
- Screeninboundopportunitiesandconductcompany,marketandsectorresearch.
- Supportopportunitysourcingandmaintaintheinvestmentpipeline.
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory or corporate finance.
- Strongfinancialmodeling,valuationandanalyticalskills.
- Soundunderstandingoftransactionstructuresandduediligence.
- Exposuretoearly-stage,growthorminorityinvestmentsispreferred.
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
- Highattentiontodetail,commercialcuriosityandtheabilitytoworkindependently.
- Discreet and comfortable handling sensitive financial and commercial information.
