Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Compliance

Manage financial closing, consolidation, forecasting, and budgeting for the Group while driving digitalisation and ensuring compliance with local and overseas financial regulations.

• Perform monthly and yearly closing of accounts for the investment holding company in Singapore
• Oversee finance operations of the Group’s overseas entities to ensure accurate financial management
• Consolidate Group financial results quarterly to support reporting and decision-making
• Develop and manage forecasting and budgeting processes to guide financial planning
• Lead digitalisation initiatives to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency
• Coordinate and communicate with external parties to facilitate financial and compliance activities
• Assist in implementing internal controls, accounting processes, and procedures to strengthen financial governance
• Ensure compliance with local and overseas financial legal requirements and tax filings
• Prepare Group cash flow statements to monitor liquidity and financial health
• Execute other ad-hoc finance duties as required to support business needs

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and bookkeeping
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and external parties
• Attention to detail with meticulous accuracy in financial tasks
• Team player with a hands‑on attitude to contribute actively to finance operations

• Degree in Accountancy or higher qualification
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance
• Experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of Sage 300 software

• Office-based
• 5.5-day work week with alternate half-day Saturday
