This role is ideal for a commercial finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about partnering with the business to drive growth, strengthen governance, and deliver value beyond traditional finance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management and Commercial Advisory

  • Lead the financial oversight and governance of the organisation's revenue portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth, sound commercial outcomes and effective risk management.
  • Provide financial and accounting advisory on contract terms, pricing structures and incentives.
  • Drive revenue performance insights, proactively identify opportunities and risks, and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
Revenue Assurance and Billing Governance
  • Lead the governance and oversight of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, including billing operations and revenue assurance, to ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of revenue through robust controls and effective governance.
  • Drive robust revenue governance through proactive monitoring, reporting, and oversight of billing performance and contractual obligations.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of revenue operations, controls and processes to strengthen revenue integrity, improve operational effectiveness, and support business growth.
  • Lead internal and external audits and serve as the primary liaison for auditors.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
Automation and Transformation
  • Lead Finance's involvement in revenue-related transformation initiatives, system implementations and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation activities, including business requirements definition, solution design, user acceptance testing, change management and deployment.
  • Champion automation, process excellence and digitalisation initiatives to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and enhance data quality and management insights.
Leadership
  • Lead, inspire and coach direct reports, providing guidance and talent development opportunities while building a high-performing team culture.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant finance experience. Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity will be advantageous.
  • A recognised professional Accounting qualification (eg. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) will be advantageous.
  • Strong accounting background with experience in revenue operations, governance, internal controls, tax and compliance.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with proven ability to evaluate commercial arrangements from financial, operational and risk management perspectives.
  • Proven people leadership with a strong track record of leading experienced professionals and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders across all levels in the organisation.
  • Experience in SAP, billing and revenue management systems will be an advantage.
  • Self-driven, agile and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
