Responsibilities would include:- Prepare and present client materials on strategic alternatives, capital markets and corporate finance
- Manage transaction execution from pitch through to closing across debt, equity, M&A, leveraged finance and advisory
- Lead work streams such as due diligence and document drafting
- Build, review and edit financial models and valuation analysis
- Advise clients on equity and debt market conditions and capital structure
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-5 years of corporate finance and/or capital markets, M&A experience across banking or corporate
- Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in financial modelling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking and time management skills
- Proactive, motivated and able to develop practical solutions to complex transaction and client challenges.
