Responsibilities
- Maintain monitoring schedules for structured products to support the credit team's operational activities.
- Compile product valuation information into clear reports for trading representatives.
- Update and maintain bond margin information within internal systems.
- Administer unit trust margin records, ensuring system information remains accurate and current.
- Prepare reports supporting private wealth management and high-net-worth client activities.
- Provide operational and administrative support for private wealth-related matters within the credit function.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of data used in monitoring schedules, valuation reports and margin records.
- Assist with departmental projects and additional operational assignments as required.
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in credit operations, margin administration or securities operations within a stockbroking or financial services firm.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with an analytical approach and close attention to detail; programming or AI-agent knowledge would be advantageous.
- Able to work independently, resolve operational issues and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
