* Lead the resolution of sanctions issues end-to-end, defining requirements and driving delivery across Technology, Operations, and control stakeholders as the senior escalation point.
* Represent Citi as the authoritative Custody sanctions product expert in client discussions, due diligence meetings, and negotiations, supporting clients through high-profile transactions with a sanctions nexus.
* Build, manage, and develop a high-performing Custody Sanctions product team, setting clear objectives and growing team capability as the function scales.
* Sponsor and author Custody sanctions training programmes in response to regulatory developments and emerging risks, championing a strong culture of sanctions compliance across the business.

* Proven experience designing, testing, and remediating sanctions controls, including ownership of Control Assessment frameworks and governance reporting.
* Solid leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed global organisations, with the ability to influence across business lines without direct authority.
