The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

To support the Commercial Banking business in executing strategic priorities, business initiatives, management reporting and continuous process improvements.

The role works closely with business, support and technology stakeholders to drive business outcomes, deliver strategic projects, leverage on data and insights to support decision-making, strengthen reporting capabilities and improve operational effectiveness across the Commercial Banking business.

• Support Commercial Banking management in executing business priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare management presentations, business updates and performance analysis for senior management forums.
• Engage business and support stakeholders to understand requirements, operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to drive timely execution of business initiatives and deliverables.
• Monitor business performance, portfolio trends and productivity indicators, highlight areas requiring attention and develop proposals to improve performance.

• Support business projects and process improvements across Commercial Banking.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs, coordinating with stakeholders to facilitate projects end-to-end.
• Review existing processes and operating models to identify opportunities for improvements.

• Develop, maintain and enhance management information dashboards and reports across customer, portfolio and productivity data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Support recurring management and regulatory reports with high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance across multiple systems and data sources.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience across business management, MIS, management reporting, project management or process improvement.
• Experience with in the Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking functions would be advantageous
