Compliance Specialist; Transaction Monitoring

Supporting the Compliance team, you will act as the primary second-line escalation authority for fiat and stablecoin Transaction Monitoring cases across corporate and retail clients. You will be responsible for identifying financial crime red flags, conducting deep-dive investigations, and assessing or filing Suspicious Transaction Reports.

• Act as the escalation touchpoint from the Operations team for fiat and stablecoin Transaction Monitoring cases across corporate and retail clients.
• Handle exception escalations, correspondent bank RFIs, deep-dive investigations and draft Suspicious Transaction Reports.
• Identify financial crime red flags and risks associated with client money accounts, HNWIs, and virtual assets.
• Ensure case reviews adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements, support the maintenance of policies/procedures, monitor rule effectiveness against client transactions and support quality assurance.
• Carry out additional responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned, contributing to team goals and organisational success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Min 5 years in Compliance with a focus on AML Escalations.
• Expertise in retail and corporate TM, red flag analysis, STR/SAR filings.
• A keen eye for detail and strong analytical capability, with the ability to navigate and tune specialized operational / system workflows are essential.
