Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism.

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.

- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a front office or customer service role in a hotel preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages like Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil are a plus.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera or Fidelio).
