As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you’ll be part of the squad powering our mission to bring the ultimate gaming experience to players worldwide. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment and employer branding initiatives while working alongside a passionate, fast‑moving team that thrives on impact.
Job Scope- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various platforms (e.g. Linked In, job portals, referrals).
- Support resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
- Support through the end‑to‑end hiring processes to ensure positive experience for all candidates.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by researching best practices, gathering feedback from new hires and hiring managers, and using data to refine recruitment strategies over time.
- Build strong connections with our global, regional, and local TA teams to support hiring efforts across different markets.
- Assist with onboarding, career fairs, campus programs, and branding activities that showcase Razer as an employer of choice.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws.
- Undertake any ad‑hoc task assigned by the manager/ HR management team from time to time.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for connecting with people.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Tech‑savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a drive to learn.
- Be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months, full‑time for maximized learning exposure
