Interested in HR but not sure where to start?
We are looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn and interested in understanding how HR works. You do not need prior HR experience. What matters most to us is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well with people.
As an Assistant HR, you will get hands on exposure to different areas of HR and learn how HR supports the business and its people. You will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers, with opportunities to gradually take on more responsibilities as you gain experience.
What You Will Be Doing Recruitment- Post job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
- Source and identify suitable candidates for open positions
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Prepare offer letters and recruitment related documents
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Support the administration of leave, attendance and other employee records
- Assist with probation confirmations and contract renewals
- Prepare HR documents, forms and letters
- Assist with day to day employee requests and HR matters
- Assist with responding to general employee enquiries
- Support the HR team in communicating HR policies and processes to employees
- Assist with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Help coordinate internal HR activities and events
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements
- Maintain proper filing of physical and digital HR documents
- Support HR reporting and data updates when required
- Assist with general HR administration and other duties assigned by the HR team
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in HR. You will get practical exposure to different areas of HR instead of being limited to one type of work.
You will have the opportunity to learn about recruitment, HR operations, employee matters, HR processes and how HR supports the wider business.
You are not expected to know everything from day one. We will guide you along the way.
What We Are Looking For- Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No prior HR or recruitment experience is required
- Genuine interest in learning about HR and building a career in HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
