- Hiring and Onboarding:Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and guide new workers through orientation.
- Employee Relations:Answer daily questions, help resolve workplace conflicts, and support fair disciplinary actions.
- Benefits and Payroll:Assist with health insurance plans, track leave requests, and coordinate with the finance team for payroll.
- Compliance and Policies:Ensure the company follows labor laws, update employee handbooks, and enforce workplace rules.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate, private employee files using HR software (HRIS).
- Experience:three years of working experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Communication:Strong speaking and writing skills to handle sensitive discussions and negotiations.
- Technical
Skills:
Comfort with office software and human resources information systems (HRIS). - Knowledge:Understanding of basic labor laws, privacy rules, and conflict resolution.
